Because many of our products are personalized digital services, special refund conditions apply as outlined below.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all astrology services, including natal charts, Solar & Lunar Returns, composite reports, and other digital content.

Due to the customized nature of our Services, refunds are generally not issued once the work has begun or the digital content has been delivered.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Digital content that is delivered immediately and is not supplied on a tangible medium, after the consumer has given explicit prior consent to the immediate performance of the service, and has acknowledged that by doing so they lose the right of withdrawal.
  • Personalized services or digital goods that are custom-made based on individual data (e.g., astrology reports prepared using your birth date, time, and location).

Before purchasing any such personalized or immediately delivered digital service, you will be clearly informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, and you will be asked to give your explicit consent to waive this right.

If you have purchased a non-personalized product or service that qualifies for withdrawal under EU law, you may exercise this right within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@astro-veil.com. Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be issued within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Technical Error or Non-Delivery – You did not receive the purchased service or report due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.
  • Duplicate Payment – You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Incorrect Product – You received a service or product substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been personalized or delivered (e.g., astrology reports based on your birth data).
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong birth date/time).
  • Change of mind after the order has been fulfilled or processing has started.
  • Delayed delivery caused by the user’s failure to respond to information requests.

5. Payment Security and Unauthorized Transactions

All transactions are processed via PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways, ensuring cardholder data security.

In accordance with Visa and Mastercard rules, customers are not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

If your payment card is lost, stolen, or used fraudulently, we will issue a full refund without conditions once the unauthorized use is confirmed.

6. Chargebacks

Under card-network regulations, you may dispute a transaction and request a chargeback for up to 120 days from the transaction date.

If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us first at our dedicated refund address before initiating a chargeback. This often speeds up resolution.

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may be treated as a violation of these terms, and we reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors in cases of fraudulent claims.

7. Processing Time Frames (SLA)

Refunds (when approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Chargeback investigations are typically resolved within 10–20 business days, depending on the card network and acquiring bank.
