Because many of our products are personalized digital services, special refund conditions apply as outlined below.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all astrology services, including natal charts, Solar & Lunar Returns, composite reports, and other digital content.

Due to the customized nature of our Services, refunds are generally not issued once the work has begun or the digital content has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• Technical Error or Non-Delivery
  You did not receive the purchased service or report due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.

• Duplicate Payment
  You were charged more than once for the same order.

• Incorrect Product
  You received a service or product substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services that have already been personalized or delivered (e.g., astrology reports based on your birth data)

• Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong birth date/time)

• Change of mind after the order has been fulfilled or processing has started

• Delayed delivery caused by the user’s failure to respond to information requests

• Reason for the refund request

• Any relevant supporting details

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may be considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with payment processors.
